The SoftWash System is part of an international network whose propriety cleaning solutions are compliant with the American Society for Testing & Materials.  The SoftWash cleaning system uses truck mounted high grade spray equipment and water-based biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt & grime as well as sanitize the surface they are applied to, including building roofs, decks, porches, house washing, and driveways.  The system uses surfactant soaps to remove the biofilm that covers food stains, dust, soil, bacteria & viruses.  The SoftWash System has a 99.9% success rate against bacteria, mold, algae, mildew,& fungi and will last six times longer than regular pressure washing. 

Three years ago the current owner of this distributor is a pest control company that acquired the business, truck, and related equipment as an add on service to their existing pest control business.  Due to the growth of their pest control business they can no longer devote the time and labor to the SoftWash System and therefore would like to sell this business to either another company as an add on service to their existing business or to an individual as a stand alone business operation.  The current owner will provide the necessary training, support, and referrals for a new owner.  Training is also available from the International SoftWash System. 

The assets included in the sale is a 2019 Dodge Ram truck with an installed equipment package that includes spray equipment, lift ladder, and various hand tools and cleaning supplies.  The seller is willing to offer seller financing.
